Sales and Cancellation Policies
Forks Fun Resort Lodging and all Rafting Reservations
In order to hold a reservation, a minimum 50% deposit is required. All reservations must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date; any reservations made within this 30-day period must be paid in full. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of a scheduled trip, all payments are non-refundable.
If a reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days from arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation, and the remainder will be refunded. If a reservation is canceled inside of 30 days from arrival, all payments are nonrefundable. Reservations changed or rescheduled outside of 24 hours of arrival are subject to a 10% rebooking fee.  Rafting and Lodging cancellations made less than 24 hours from arrival and No Shows are not eligible for a rain check or credit.
All rafting trips are rain or shine. We reserve the right to switch activities and/or the order of those activities due to logistics, hydrological conditions, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Penobscot Outpost at Penobscot Outdoor Center Lodging
If a reservation is cancelled outside of 45 days from arrival there is a $25 cancellation fee per unit for lodging. If canceled inside of 45 days from arrival, all payments are nonrefundable.
Lodging reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Gift Shop and Trading Post Return Policy
All sales are final. Â Returned items can be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.
