Three Rivers Whitewater started in 1997 with the vision of our founder, Joe Christopher, and his friends and family. They set out to create a rafting company that offered the best Whitewater Rafting Trips in Maine. Over the years, the Three Rivers Family has earned a reputation for its dedication to providing unforgettable experiences on and off the river. We are now known around the world as “The Home of Serious Fun!”

The Three Rivers staff is here to exceed your expectations in every way possible. Since the beginning, we have gone above and beyond for each and every guest who walks through our doors. We take pride in how much fun people have when they’re with us. When you’re here, you’ll notice that we’re different in all the best ways! 

 We have two Seriously Fun locations – The Forks Fun Resort in The Forks, ME and the Penobscot Outpost in Millinocket, ME. At each location, we have all that you’ll need for the perfect Maine vacation. There are a variety of lodging options for you to stay on site. We have log cabins, bunkhouses, and campsites all within walking distance of the base. At each of these locations, you will find the Boatman’s Bar & Grill – a full service bar and restaurant. This is where the fun continues after we’re on the river!
