“We had a great time yesterday here in Maine as a group of 6. It was our first time, but after our experience we would do it again in a heartbeat. The staff all around were so personable, funny, and a pleasure to get to know. It is obvious they love what they do and I can see why. “Went here for the long weekend to go rafting with a bunch of friends and had an amazing time. This was our first time and never been so we were pretty nervous. However our guide Cat was a boss. “This was my first time ever rafting, and I don’t think it could have been a more positive experience! Everyone at Three Rivers was kind, personable, and super helpful. Safety prep felt super high quality and the gear provided, if a little rough around the edges, fit well and did its job. The barbecue after the trip was stellar, plenty of super high quality home cooking. Our guide Scotty showed us an incredible time down the river. He was chock full of river knowledge and very sure of himself, as well as totally laid back. It was easy to trust him to take us down in one piece even as he joked with us most of the way down.

I would recommend this trip to anyone and everyone regardless of experience. Last Blast in October was particularly fantastic because we got to raft through 16 miles of Maine fall postcard. I had such a good time and will definitely be coming back next year. Thank you guys all for such a singularly awesome experience, especially Scotty!”

“When it comes to rafting, you can’t spell fun without saying Three Rivers Rafting. 5 of us went up for a trip on the Kennebec River. Our guide Sean MacCarthy did an outstanding job making sure we were safe and highlighting to us all aspects of the Kennebec. We had a complete blast.
We spent our first night in a bunkhouse. Nice spot with comfortable mattress. Our second house was in a cabin. Both of these were clean and gave us a chance for a good shower.

We had a blast partying at Boatman’s Bar and Grill. Our meals at the Inn by the River were really really good. No 3 tom special here but it didn’t need it. The place is completely legit without it.”

“Great trips, comfortable cabins, great time. We took our school group there and had guided kayak, rafting, and hiking trips. All were safely and professionally led, and our students and chaperones had FUN! We stayed in two cabins, and the largest was really very comfortable. They brought a karaoke DJ to our cabin on the first night, and the kids really let loose! I would definitely recommend a trip like this to other school groups!”

“Myself and five friends spent three nights in Millinocket camping out. We had so much fun rafting, Allison was our guide and she is the absolute best, but don’t request her because I’ve got dibs! 😉 We rafted the Penobscot, the best part is going over and surfing the waterfall after lunch on the day trip.
However, the highlight of the trip was all the fun we had at the bar on site, Boatman’s Bar and Grill. Expected a camping weekend and yet I found myself there every night, whether it was for a couple drinks late on Thursday, karaoke night on Friday or watching the slideshow and video of the rafting trip. Hannah, Kaylee, Maxine and Kate were all amazing. Good food, great atmosphere, can’t go wrong. We didn’t get to skydive due to inclement weather, but it worked out for the best because we had so much fun and now we get to come back and do it all over again next year!!!

P.S. If you go up mid week I hear Taco Tuesday is pretty awesome.”
