Whitewater Rafting Safety & Responsibility

Whitewater Rafting Safety and Responsibility

At Three Rivers Whitewater your safety is always our highest priority. For this reason, Three Rivers spends more time and money on training its guides than any of the other outfitters in Maine.

Whitewater rafting is a physical sport with inherent risks. Three Rivers can assume no responsibility for personal injury or loss of personal property.

All participants will be required to sign a general release acknowledging these risks. All rafters under 18 years of age must have written permission from parent or legal guardian.

Three Rivers reserves the right to change the trip itinerary should water flows create conditions too high or too low for commercial use. We also reserve the right to turn away anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
