Sales and Cancellation Policy
In order to hold a reservation, a minimum 50% deposit is required. All reservations must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date; any reservations made within this 30-day period must be paid in full. If a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of a scheduled trip, all payments are non-refundable. If a reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days, there is a cancellation fee of 10% of the total reservation, and the remainder will be refunded. Reservations changed or rescheduled are subject to a 10% re-booking fee.
Skydiving is a weather dependent sport! Please plan on making a day of it! Skydiving should be the most important and exciting activity you have planned for your day. If weather is inclement, you should still attend the scheduled class and we will do our best to jump with you that day. If the weather does not improve to make a safe jump, you may reschedule anytime within 2 years (a rain check will be issued). There are no refunds. Walk ins are welcome, but will not receive priority over scheduled students.
All rafting trips are rain or shine. We reserve the right to switch activities and/or the order of those activities due to logistics, hydrological conditions, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please note: All sales are final for trips booked during any of our special discount sales.
Gift Shop and Trading Post Return Policy
All sales are final. Returned items can be exchanged for a different size or another item of equal or lesser value.
