How long have you worked in the Outdoor Industry?

Since May 2022

What is your origin story working for Three Rivers Whitewater?

I came to Three Rivers because I heard it was the best level 1 guide training around. I started with Three Rivers as a guide, but quickly found an amazing group of people who I have become close friends with in such a short amount of time!

What do you love most about being a Maine River Guide?

I love seeing how excited people get about whitewater and how much fun is had on the Kennebec River everyday! I also enjoy the beautiful scenery and understanding more about how the river works and its different parts.

What is your favorite rapid to guide in Maine?

My favorite rapid to guide is The Alleyway. With its big nonstop train of whitewater, there are endless possibilities and tons of fun in this rapid!

What is your favorite hike in Maine?

My favorite hike in Maine is definitely Old Spec Mountain in the Grafton Notch State Park. This is a more challenging hike located near the Maine/New Hampshire border that offers some amazing views from the summit!

What do you enjoy doing when not working?

When not working I can almost always be found fishing, there are plenty of amazing spots in and around The Forks to catch some awesome fish! I also enjoy going on runs and hanging out with the other river guides.

Favorite experience on the river?

My favorite experience on the river was my first time rafting the Kennebec as a guest. Even though it was raining, the river was super beautiful with some low hanging fog and dark water.
